1. Booking & Payments
• Book in advance; payment is required upfront or weekly/monthly.
• No refunds for missed sessions unless canceled 24 hours ahead.

• Drop-off 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM, includes breakfast.
• Home pick-up within 3 miles (extra charge beyond).
Supervision & After-School Care
• Flexible care during school hours and after school.
• School pick-up, supervision, snack, and optional drop-off.
3. Cancellation & Late Fees
• Cancel 24 hours in advance for a refund/credit.
• Late pick-ups: £5 per 15 minutes.
4. Safety & Conduct
• Parents provide emergency contacts and medical details.
• Repeated late payments or policy violations may lead to service refusal.
