Temporary Nanny Provider In addition to our regular childminding services, we also offer temporary nanny services for families needing flexible, ad-hoc childcare. Whether it's evening babysitting, weekend help, or emergency care, our professional nannies are available to step in when you need them most. All of our nannies are DBS checked, and trained in first aid and safeguarding, ensuring your child’s safety and well-being at all times. We understand how important it is to have reliable and trustworthy childcare. That’s why we are committed to providing outstanding care tailored to your family’s needs.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payments • Book in advance; payment is required upfront or weekly/monthly. • No refunds for missed sessions unless canceled 24 hours ahead. 2. Services Breakfast Club (Pick-Up & School Drop-Off) • Drop-off 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM, includes breakfast. • Home pick-up within 3 miles (extra charge beyond). Supervision & After-School Care • Flexible care during school hours and after school. • School pick-up, supervision, snack, and optional drop-off. 3. Cancellation & Late Fees • Cancel 24 hours in advance for a refund/credit. • Late pick-ups: £5 per 15 minutes. 4. Safety & Conduct • Parents provide emergency contacts and medical details. • Repeated late payments or policy violations may lead to service refusal. By booking, you agree to these terms.
