Hello, I’m Marcella Avworo, a Registered General Nurse (RGN) and Ofsted-registered childcare provider with a passion for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

As the Co-founder and Manager of Little Bloomers Services, I combine my professional healthcare background with years of childcare experience to provide high-quality, compassionate care tailored to each child’s needs. My approach focuses on supporting children’s emotional wellbeing, encouraging independence, and building strong partnerships with parents to ensure continuity of care from school to home.

At Little Bloomers, every child is valued, respected, and encouraged to bloom at their own pace in a setting that promotes kindness, creativity, and confidence.
